Chalet Winter

Chalet “Rose” was built in 2006. Both the chalet, as well as the furnishing is brand new. The chalet is 210m2 and offers space to 14-16 persons. You can easily increase the capacity with two children beds, which are available in the chalet. Furthermore, for the childen there is a box and a baby-chair.

With 4 double bedrooms, 1 twin bedroom and 1 quadruple room and a possible additional bedroom, the chalet is ideal for 1 or more families to have a wonderful winter holiday. Two bedrooms have their own balcony. The chalet has 4 bathrooms and 6 WC’s. It has a garage for your car and outside is another space for 2 – 3 additional cars.

The chalet is of course fitted with modern conveniences. The lovely spacious living room has a fire place. The chalet is situated on 600m2 own ground, has a balcony and a wonderful view to the mountains, where you can enjoy a lovely vin chaud after a day of skiing.
 

Main features:

Sous-sol: Via the garage you enter the heated ‘Laverie’ where the washing machine and dryer are, and where there is room for buggys and bikes. The front door gives access to the hall with the stairs to the rez-de-chaussee and also to the ‘Salle des Jeux’ with a bunk bead and a double bed. As the name of the room says, the room is very suitable for the children to sleep and play. Via the de ‘Salles de Jeux’ you enter a hall with gives access to a bathroom with a shower, and a separate WC. The hall is also the entrance to the ‘Cave’ which has an bunk bed and may be used as a bedroom for two persons.

Rez-de-Chaussee: Via the stairs from the Sous-Sol u enter the hall to the very spacious ‘Salon’, the living room with fire place and large open kitchen, which is fitted with modern conveniences. In the hal is a separate WC. Via the hall you enter a bedroom with double bed. This bedroom ha sits own bathroom with full sized bath, shower and WC.

1st floor: Via the stairs from the ‘Salon’ you enter the hall on the first floor. Here are 4 extra bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. One bathroom has a shower and a WC, the other has a full sized bath and separate WC. 3 bedroom have double beds, 1 has twin beds.
