Above prices are excluding tourist taxes for adults (€ 1,50 p.p.p.d.). The prices are including VAT, Free WIFI, Electricity and firewood. The chalet should be clean sweep when leaving (floor swept, covers on the beds, fire place, garbage bins and dishwasher empty). Furthermore, the furniture and beds should be placed back where they were found at the beginning of the week. For professional cleaning of bathrooms, kitchen, living and bedrooms your part of the costs is 125 Euro.
Sheets and towels may be rented seperately.
Deposit: 750 Euro, will be reimbursed within a week after the rental period..

At reservation: 50% of the rental price.
The remaining 50% plus deposit, tourist tax and possible linnen rental 3 weeks before rental period.

Part of the cleaning costs (125 Euro) will be included in the final invoice. The remaining of the fixed cleaning costs will be paid by the house owner.
